Available management positions
As a result of ongoing expansions of Shapescape and optimizations of our work processes, new management positions have opened up. If you are interested in a position with high responsibility, a set monthly wage in addition to paid production hours, and you are able to be available at regular times each week and limit your work within the Minecraft Partner community to only Shapescape, then this might be something for you.

As manager of the coordination branch, you oversee the section of Shapescape coordinating work across the remaining branches, and the larger roadmap planning for our releases. Read more about the position on the right.
As manager of the level-design branch, you oversee the building, terraforming, texturing and further creation of atmosphere across all our levels. Read more about the position on the right.
As manager of the gameplay branch, you oversee the creation of gameplay for all levels, and head the development of new mechanics and dynamics for use in future maps. Read more about the position on the right.
As manager of the post-production branch, you oversee the tying up of loose ends on all projects, polishing projects, testing for bugs and producing graphical material for the levels. Read more about the position on the right.
